summer course photography
Learn to control and put to use your (digital) photo camera (that allows for manual settings) in a single week. As this summer course also has a project based form, you will learn most things through practice.
The theory and concepts studied during the morning classes are to be practised in the afternoons (executing projects), plus during a full day group excursion. All project results are assessed and discussed the following morning. During these sessions you will also learn a thing or 2 about composition, which is often overlooked in basic photography courses.
The teacher, a seasoned photographer, has over 10 years experience explaining the sometimes challenging theory of photography in a playful way.
You do need a camera that allows for manual settings. We recommend a (any) SLR camera.
The sessions are scheduled on the 5 week days from 10:00 15:00 (including one full day excursion), in the week of August 13. The school will cater lunches and on Friday afternoon there will be a merry alcoholic conclusion. The course fee is 310 euros.
